Change in Bylaws

22.1
These Bylaws may be altered, amended, suspended, or repealed, and other provisions added, at any meeting of the members of the Corporation, in the notice of which it shall have been stated that a change in the Bylaws will be acted upon and the substance of the proposed change shall have been stated.
